[ THE TRADITIONAL PAIN POINTS ]
Underwater, the most important information often lives on your wrist. Which means constant checking and moments where your attention leaves the dive. WHEN YOUR ATTENTION LEAVES THE DIVE, RISKS ARISE.
01
Checking information on your wrist requires continuously distract your attention to raise your wrist, diverting your eyes from underwater exploration for seconds.
02
Keep your eyes on the subject, not your wrist. With your depth and NDL always in sight, you'll never miss a perfect shot.
03
In high-stress situations, checking a watch breaks your focus.
AREX keeps your remaining gas and crucial depth limits right in front of you when every second counts.
Functional prototype displaying live features - final design may vary.
Arex brings you the informations right in front of
you, using a simple and intuitive way.
Technology
AREX perfectly integrates a industrial-grade dive computer into the mask, completely reshaping your underwater information interaction.
User Experience
User Experience
Scroll, click, and dive. Designed for precise blind operation, the mechanical dial lets you navigate menus effortlessly—even with thick neoprene gloves. Stop fumbling with multiple buttons and keep your focus on the ocean.
Personalization
Personalization
Your unique signature in the deep blue. Seamlessly slide to customize your mask's LED color. Stand out in low-visibility waters and attract your dive buddy's attention in case of need with our buddy light mode.
The structural mid-frame is forged from premium fiber-
reinforced polymer, delivering the ultimate strength of
aluminum alloys at a fraction of the weight. Reinforced
by a metal bezel, it securely protect critical components
against extreme deep-water pressures.
Modular Features
Transform your mask into a centralized tactical hub. Every module integrates seamlessly into a unified digital ecosystem, giving you unprecedented situational awareness in the deep blue.
Real-time gas management directly in your line of sight. Effortlessly monitor multiple cylinders concurrently, making complex gas switches and sidemount configurations smoother than ever. Never lose track of your remaining breathing gas.
A hands-free, adaptive light source that follows your sight. Adjust brightness seamlessly through the mask's intuitive control. Keep your hands free and your focus entirely on the dive, whether you're illuminating dark environments or managing complex gear.
Turn the ocean into an interactive encyclopedia. Frame marine life in your natural field of view to instantly scan and identify species and after the dive keep track of the species you encountered.
Equipped with an intelligent sleep-wake system.
Maximum endurance for multi-day trips, with up to 40
hours of continuous AR projection.
Safety
Rated to 120 meters (13 ATM). Engineered to meet the

A wrist computer gives you the data you need. AREX changes where and when you see it. Critical information such as depth, time, gas, and decompression status is available in your natural line of sight, so you do not need to repeatedly look down at your wrist. When the dive is stable, AREX can reduce the interface to keep your view clear. When more information is needed, it is there immediately. The goal is not more screen time. It is less interruption during the dive.
AREX is designed to keep the underwater environment in view, not turn your field of view into a screen. You decide how much information is shown. When depth and dive state remain stable, the system can automatically hide non-essential information. Depth and NDL can remain in a fixed position, or be hidden until needed. Divers can also reveal or hide information directly through controls or head gestures. The display has been evaluated in bright daylight, night dives, and low-visibility water. It remains readable in normal sunlit conditions, though, like any display, it is not intended to be read while looking directly at the sun.
No. AREX does not place a conventional screen in front of your view. A compact Optical Display Engine sends light through a transparent optical waveguide, guiding the image into your natural line of sight. The result is dive information that appears where you can glance at it, while the underwater environment remains visible around it.
Yes. AREX is a standalone dive computer. Once configured, it does not require a phone, network connection, or wrist computer during the dive. It supports air, nitrox, and trimix; single- and multi-cylinder configurations; and up to five gas switches. AREX uses the Buehlmann ZHL-16C decompression algorithm and includes core dive-computer functions such as decompression tracking, compass, temperature, alerts, and dive logging. A phone is used for initial setup and device management. CCR support is in development and is not part of the initial release.
Yes. Clearing, equalizing, and basic mask handling work the same way as with a conventional dive mask. AREX has gone through more than 30 silicone-skirt iterations, informed by in-water fit testing focused on seal and long-dive comfort. Custom prescription lenses will be available as an optional accessory.
